Elder Care in Hazlet NJ

Nothing gets a day in your elder care routine off to a good start like a healthy, filling breakfast. Called the most important meal of the day for good reason, breakfast is the first opportunity for your body to get the fuel and nutrients that it needs after the long fast of sleeping. This is your chance to get started on a Elder-Care-in-Hazlet-NJhealthy note and set yourself up for feeling great, eating well, and having enough energy to handle all of your challenges throughout the rest of your day.

This healthy, hearty breakfast is perfect for springtime brunches, special occasions, or just when you want something particularly delectable to start your day. Packed with protein from turkey or lamb and eggs, this frittata will fill you with energy that will keep you going until your next meal. The addition of kale and onion adds vitamins, minerals, and fiber for healthy digestion and support for all of your body’s functions. For a fast and easy meal, consider preparing the dish right up to the baking point, covering it tightly, and refrigerating it overnight. That way in the morning all you have to do is slip it in the oven to bake while you get ready for the day.
